HONORING TRADITIONAL FOODS

ANCIENT INGREDIENTS FOR A MODERN JOURNEY

Seasonality, local products, austerity, harmony with nature, gratitude are values that have inspired our relationship with nature from time immemorial. I believe that traditional food cultures are a great source of knowledge to help us address major sustainability challenges, including the way we experiment our travel experiences.

We want to invite you to connect in a deep, sincere and intimate way with our traditional culture to honor local food, producers and artisans who work with love and respect for this island.

hello traveler!

Mallorcan by birth, with a French mother. I am a traditional foods specialist. My travel experiences in diverse countries combined with a career as a lawyer & sociologist have made me realise my greatest passion: communication and development of human relationships through a shared love of food.

For 3 years I was the presenter of “The Pantry” on IB3 TV. I focused on local, domestic and antique remedies & recipes and I met men and women from every single village. Through their wisdom I connected with the deepest roots of our gastronomic identity and consolidated my vision about the value of traditions along with the desire to preserve and promote them.

Now I am on a mission in Forn de sa Llotgeta: to create experiences and content that connect people with the territory, traditional food and sustainability to inspire them towards a new model of travel and consumption and to promote local producers, artisans and small businesses that regenerate and work for the island.
